Chester Crossing is committed to preserving between 40 and 50% of the land’s natural features, including open green spaces, access to the Kokosing River, and walking paths. One of the main purposes of Chester Crossing is to foster a shared, multi-generational social space, and parks and recreational areas are key to accomplishing that goal.
