Chester Crossing will offer spaces and opportunities designed to provide traditional retail experiences, within walking distance of the residential community.

Because Chester Crossing sits at the I-71 and SR 95 interchange, feasibility studies show robust traffic data—30,000 to 50,000 daily average within a 10-minute radius, and 50,000 to 100,000 within a 30-minute radius. This means that businesses at Chester Crossing will have a high level of visibility for both community members and travelers along this section of high-traffic interstate.
