Second, the average home value in that same year is expected to be $227,659, which marks an increase of 4.1% from 2017. Taken together, these data points make it likely that the older generation will be looking to downsize their living space.
The apartments currently under construction offer one and two-bedroom options along with energy-efficient appliances, garage and walk-in storage options, and smart-home capabilities.
